In the Netherlands, cannabis was found in Haribo jelly. Several people, including children, felt bad after eating candy. The case is examined by the Office for Safety of Food and Consumer Products (NVWA).

According to the Flemish VRT television, the manufacturer of candy Haribo has already informed that there are products in circulation that after consumption can cause health problems such as dizziness.
The presence of Indian cannabis was found when several people, both children and adults, felt bad after eating jellies. “It is still unknown how cannabis found themselves in candy. The police are conducting further investigation,” informs NVWA.
The company said that the problem concerns single -kilogram “happy cola” jelly bags with the expiry date by January 2026. The candy manufacturer asked the consumers not to return the product to the store, but they sent it to the company; They will receive a refund for the purchase.
According to VRT, it is not known how many packets of jellies are on hemp.
