On Thursday, the Federal Court of Appeal upheld the CLAP Donald Trump introduced by the President of the United States, which was blocked by the Federal Court for International Trade the day before, considering that Trump had crossed his rights.

The Court of Appeal did not comment on the merits of the case, ordering both parties – the reasons and administration – presenting written arguments in this case until the first days of June.
After the Wednesday locking sentence, the government submitted an application for urgent suspension of the court's decision.
The International Trade Court decided on Wednesday that Trump exceeded its power of attorney by imposing additional duties, while only Congress has such a law. This decision blocked both the introduction of duties on Canada, Mexico and China, which the American authorities accuse the insufficient fight against Fentanyl smuggling, as well as “mutual” duties introduced at the beginning of April.
The White House advisor for trade on Peter Navarro said that if the administration ultimately loses in the courts in the Customs Court, he will find a different way to introduce them. (PAP)
