The European Union has presented this week a new strategy for the Black Sea, thanks to which 75 billion euros will be invested for the modernization of the regional infrastructure, which will lead to a faster transport of heavy military equipment.

The announcement on the EU strategy for the Black Sea was made by Kaja Kallas, the head of European diplomacy, in the context in which the region was affected by the invasion of Russia in Ukraine, the massive use of mines and military actions reducing the commercial flow.
