On the first day of summer, the Krasnoyarsk Children's Railway will solemnly open a new season

On the Children's Day-June 1, the Krasnoyarsk Children's Railway will solemnly open a new 89th season: in 2025, 199 schoolchildren will be trained here.

This summer, the Small Highway will again work in a special format in connection with the reconstruction of the Central Park of Krasnoyarsk. Although this season the unique mini-compounds, which are controlled by young railway workers, will not run, the training of DZD cadets will continue.

Young railway workers expect interesting practical classes and cognitive excursions, the number of which will increase. They will visit stations, stations, in the Krasn depot, will be trained at the Krasnoyarsk Training Center of Professional qualifications of Russian Railways, as well as in the laboratories of the Krasnoyarsk Institute of Railway Transport. The basics of railway professions will be comprehended on modern VR-trellices “The Station Director,“ The Station on the Railway Transfer ”,“ Lokomotiv driver ”.

The opening ceremony of the 89th season of the Children's Railway will be held at the Krasnoyarsk Palace of Culture of the Railway Workers, where the children will congratulate the children of Krasn. 46 newcomers for whom this season will be the first will be awarded the certificates of young railway workers.

It should be noted that the children's railway combines the functions of the railway enterprise, the institution of career guidance and additional education of children.

Krasnoyarsk DJ is the oldest of the existing ones. She appeared in 1936. This is the only narrow -gauge children's highway in Russia (rut width – 508 mm).
