In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, employers can compensate for labor costs to the fighters of their own and their families under the program of subsidized hiring for certain categories of citizens. Employees are helping to find the regional employment service.

In total, the employer has three payments for the employment of one applicant – one, one, three and six months after the employee to receive. The amount of payment is equal to one minimum wage (minimum wage), increased for the district coefficient and insurance premiums. The money is allocated by the social fund of Russia.

In addition to the fighters, according to this program, you can hire people with disabilities, previously convicted, parents or guardians of minor children.

Now 18 employers participate in the program. Among them are enterprises of energy, manufacturing, construction areas, metallurgy, housing and communal services, transport and others.

Also, the employment service individually accompanies each fighter of his own during employment. For participants in hostilities, the most suitable jobs in enterprises are reserved. And employment centers help to find and employ candidates there. This is provided for by the regional program of the Krasnoyarsk Territory “Defenders of the Fatherland”. It was created on the initiative of Governor Mikhail Kotyukov.
