In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a 26-year-old resident of Kansk will be judged for extorting money from fans of the ex-wife. This was reported in the police.
It was established that after the divorce of the marriage, the man maintained friendly relations with the girl, sometimes providing her financial assistance. Therefore, when he learned about her communication with the guys unfamiliar to him, he suggested that it was happening at his expense, and got angry. As a result, the accused calculated the opponents who turned out to be 20-year-old friends, met with them and called for stopping communicating with his ex-wife.
“He motivated the claims that both young people have a selfish interest and are dishonest to the girl. During the “male” dialogue, the attacker decided to take advantage of the situation and supposedly demanded 100 thousand rubles for “spending his personal time”. In fact, I just thought that in this way it could regain the money spent on the ex-lover. Otherwise, he threatened the guys with physical reprisal, troubles and demanded to leave a car as a collateral, but subsequently refused this venture, ”said the State Department of Internal Affairs.
One of the victims turned to the police. The attacker was detained and opened against him a criminal case under part 1 of Art. 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “extortion”. Currently, the investigation has been completed, the materials are sent to the court. The defendant faces up to 4 years in prison.
