The Ministry of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory found guilty of problems with the provision of medicines

The Ministry of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory talked about the results of an official audit on the fact of problems with the provision of patients with preferential medicines.

Representatives of the department noted that the department of drug support timely sent to the public procurement department all the necessary information for the purchase of the necessary drugs.

The Deputy Minister for Financial and Economic issues, speaking of the head of the contract service, improperly fulfilled his duties. From the moment of taking office at the end of August 2024, she did not take sufficient measures for the purchase of drugs, and also made, going beyond her authority, decisions that created the risks of violation of citizens' rights to access the medical assistance guaranteed by law.

Also, the deputy minister did not organize a timely event on working in the Electronic Budget system from January 1, 2025. PThe subsidies from the regional budget were not formed that It did not allow to conclude an agreement on the provision of subsidies for medicines that were not purchased on time according to state contracts.

Another participant in this violation is the head of the public procurement department. The official illegally stopped processing applications from the drug support department for the subsequent direction to the public procurement agency for the purchase of drugs for 2025 from the beginning of October to November 15, 2024, that is, for 1.5 months.

The ministry noted that so far they cannot bring the culprits of the situation to disciplinary liability, since they are on sick leave.
