60-year-old driver Toyota Land Cruiser, who tried in an extraordinary way to avoid liability for violation of traffic rules, surrendered to the Krasnoyarsk police officer.
Recall that everything happened last Saturday evening in the village of Ust-Man. Near the Yenisei River, the traffic police stopped the SUV and noticed that the driver had signs of intoxication. He was invited to a patrol car to verify documents and conduct an examination. But before the processing of the protocols, the man suddenly ran out of the police car, dived into the water and sailed.
It turned out that in 2022 this driver was already prosecuted under Article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for re -driving in a state of intoxication and deprived of two years.
Realizing that the punishment cannot be avoided, the day before the man himself appeared to the police. He explained his act in fright. He was detained and brought to the court for a sentence for disobedience to the legal order of law enforcement officers. As a result, the Krasnoyarsk was sentenced to 80 hours of correctional labor.
