The Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Siberian Federal District Anatoly Seryshev held a working meeting with the general director of PJSC Rosseti Siberia Anton Dyachkov. The key topic was the development of electric power in Siberia and preparation for the upcoming autumn-winter period.
Anatoly Seryshev noted that in difficult climatic conditions of Siberia, timely preparatory work is of particular importance for maintaining the performance of the electric grid complex. It is extremely important to minimize the risks of emergency disconnection of consumers, especially in the cold season, he emphasized. According to the plenipotentiary, in conditions of deterioration of networks, it is necessary to make every effort to their early bringing into a normative state.
According to the results of 2024, Rosseti Siberia showed a decrease in accident rate in all voltage classes, as well as a decrease in the quantity and duration of technological disorders both in distribution networks and in high -class voltage class networks and higher, the plenipotentiary Anton Dyachkov said. Such a result was achieved by conducting preventive measures, including clearing the cuts. In addition, the heating period has been favorable to pass the heat for Siberia Winter.
The parties discussed the start of the repair program: traditionally scheduled work includes the replacement of worn power lines, updating transformers and other power equipment, clearing the clearings in the security zone of power lines. At the moment, Rosseti Siberia power engineers in all regions of presence have already begun preparing networks for the new autumn-winter period. 546 million rubles will be allocated to maintain an emergency reserve of equipment in the Siberian Federal District.
In the Siberian Federal District, Rosseti Siberia PJSC includes 5 branches in 6 regions: in the Altai Republic, Altai Territory, the Republic of Khakassia, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Kemerovo and Omsk regions. Also, PJSC Rosseti Siberia performs the functions of the sole executive body in JSC “Rosseti Siberia Tvaenergo” in the Republic of Tuva. The service territory is over 1.974 million square meters. km. The total length of power lines 0.4 – 110 kV is 273 thousand km.
According to the information presented by Rosseti Siberia, in the territory of the Siberian Federal District, more than 7 billion rubles were sent to work under the maintenance and repair program in 2025. Investment programs of PJSC Rosseti Siberia, also on the territory of the Siberian Federal District, and PJSC Rosseti Siberia Tvayenergo are planned in the amount of over 12.61 billion. The plan for the 1st quarter of 2025 was fully fulfilled: the entry of 172 kilometers of power lines is provided, the input of power is 44 megavol-amperes. In the branch of PJSC Rosseti Tomsk, the volume of planned investments amounted to more than 1 billion rubles. In the first three months of the year, 13 kilometers of power lines were put into operation, and the commissioning of capacities was 1 megavol-ampere.

In all regions of the Siberian Federal District, Rosseti Siberia received the status of a STSO – a system -forming territorial network organization, which imposes additional responsibility to the company to the regional authorities and consumers. The company is obliged to eliminate accidents, including on the networks of other territorial network organizations by decision of the regional headquarters, to accept the ownerless facilities of the electric grid, as well as ensure their maintenance, current and overhaul, reconstruction and modernization.
