FCU Craiova could be deposited and excluded from Liga 2. Adrian Mititelu has five days to present the proof of the payments of several financial arrears that the club has to former coaches, players and the Dinamo club, otherwise risking the deposit, and subsequently the exclusion from the competitions.
In a scheduled meeting yesterday, May 28, the disciplinary commission of the Romanian Football Federation decided to sanction the oltems with total penalties of 37,000 lei. FCU Craiova's financial obligations exceed 150,000 euros.
According to the regulation, in such cases, a submission is applied every 15 days, for a period of 90 days. If after three months the club does not comply with the commission's decisions, it is excluded from all competitions organized by FRF.
FCU Craiova, fined for unpaid debts

Adrian Mititelu went further and acted in the Bucharest Club in court, but the Bucharest Court rejected the request made by FCU Craiova requesting the annulment of the decision of the Discipline and Ethics Commission.
