The President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, has postponed her visit to Finland planned for March 31 due to the health problems of her Finnish counterpart, the representatives of the Presidential Administration announce, but without specifying when the trip to Helsinki will take place.

Later, the head of state was to leave on April 1 for Latvia. The move has not been postponed and will take place at the invitation of the Latvian president, Edgars Rinkēvičs.
“The head of state will have a meeting with her Latvian counterpart, followed by a joint press conference, as well as meetings with Prime Minister Evika Siliņa and the leadership of the Latvian Parliament.
