In Baikalsk, the Irkutsk region, the teenager attacked his friends with a knife, and then staged a fire in which he died himself, reports IRKUTSKMEDIA, citing the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Irkutsk Region and the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the Region.
According to preliminary data, the company of young people was in a private house in SNT “Gorny Baikal”. At some point, one of the guests grabbed a knife and attacked his comrades. Four people received fatal wounds, four more were injured. After that, the attacker arranged a fire in which he died.
A criminal case has been instituted on this fact under Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder of two or more persons), part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder of two or more persons).
Currently, investigators and forensics of the investigative department are working at the scene in cooperation with police officers and emergency services. The necessary investigative actions are carried out, all the circumstances of the incident are established.
