Assessment of damage in the case of Sergey Natarova was made in violation of the law / incident of Krasnoyarsk and Krasnoyarsk Territory / Newslab.ru

An independent expert issued a conclusion on the non -compliance with the legislation of appraisal examinations in the case of a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Sergey Natarova.

The defense presented at the next meeting the conclusion of an independent expert, in which he evaluated the work of his colleague, who worked at the request of the Investigative Committee. The review was written on a document in which the expert determined the market value of goods supplied for the needs of the housing and communal services of Igar in 2016-2018.

“The specialist indicated that the examination performed at the investigation stage does not comply with the legislation on valuation activities and federal evaluation standards. In particular, the accusation expert violated the methodology for determining the market value of goods, using an unknown methodology. He based his conclusions exclusively on the information provided by the investigator, he did not undertake the search for market price information, ”the politician defenders explained.

According to lawyer Alexander Klopot, the same conclusion was made a year ago by experts of the CSS of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Then the experts indicated that the investigators made damage to the persons in the case erroneously, since the investigation did not clarify how Sergey Natarov could influence the economic activities of legal entities who were supplied with goods to Igarka.

The politician’s lawyer also noted that the amount of “embezzlement” included taxes, fees and other deductions paid to the budget, as well as wages received by employees of the enterprise. In his opinion, this directly violates the law and contradicts logic and common sense.
