According to Onet, Nawrocki was to participate in the process of bringing prostitutes for guests of the Grand Hotel in Sopot when he was a security guard there.

Civil law and indictment in court was filed on Tuesday by his representatives, as reported by MP Śliwka, who emphasized that the text that appeared on the Onet portal, as well as subsequent texts published in the media space “had little to do with journalistic reliability, and more with slander and lies.”

Onet wrote on Monday that the PiS candidate supported by PiS “participated in the procedure for bringing prostitutes for guests of the Grand Hotel in Sopot when he worked there as a security guard.” “This is what his colleagues from the protection that Onet talked to, say,” it was emphasized. “Due to their concerns about their own safety, our interlocutors want to remain anonymous. But they take responsibility for their words – they declare that they are ready to testify to the court” – it was indicated in the article.

Nawrocki announced that he would sue Onet in a civil procedure for the protection of personal rights and will submit a private indictment in criminal procedure for “a steak of lies and hatred”. Politicians associated with the ruling coalition, including Prime Minister Donald Tusk, stated that Nawrocki should apply to the court in an election procedure.

Pursuant to the Electoral Code, the candidate has the right to apply to the District Court an application for a decision, if widespread election materials contain false information; Such a District Court is examined in non -litigious mode within 24 hours. It may issue a decision, e.g. about the prohibition of distribution and/or order to rectify. (PAP)
