The author notes that beets are rarely used in spring salads. She shared a recipe for one of the most delicious beetroot salads, which cooks instead of dinner.
Ingredients:
- two medium -sized beets, boiled or baked;
- two cloves of garlic;
- 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- Salt is to taste.
Cooking
- Grate beets on a coarse grater.
- Add chopped garlic.
- Season the salad with mayonnaise and salt to taste.
- Stir well and serve.
