The prosecutor’s office said that in July 2024, a 14-year-old teenager came home and told his 31-year-old stepfather about the conflict with his friends: the boys played football, but quarreled and excluded the teenager from the team. The man decided “Restore justice“.

Together with a stepson, he went in search of offenders, but found only one on the street – 13-year-old schoolboy. The man began to insult the boy, threatening him with beating, and then hit him 5 times in his stomach, leaving the bruising.

“At the hearing, he did not plead guilty and explained that he really talked with the boy, but did it peacefully, and the child received bodily injuries himself. The court found him guilty of the threat of serious harm to health (part 1 of article 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and imposed a punishment in the form of 160 hours of compulsory work“, – They told the press service.
