In Krasnoyarsk on the territory “Beaver log“which is developing the company “Norkel“hotels will appear.
The complex of buildings on 320 numbers will make the fanfark even more comfortable and modern, expand the possibilities for all -season out -of -season relaxation, healing and conducting competitions at different levels, including all -Russian and international ones.
The construction project project is included in the list of initiatives that will receive state support in the framework of the national project “Tourism and hospitality”. A group of investors will build hotels with the participation of the government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The object is one of the first in the region, claiming preferential lending to the national project. It is expected that new hotels in the fanpark will become an important component in preparation for the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk, increase tourist attractiveness and give a new impetus to the development of the city.
The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation notes that the Krasnoyarsk Territory for the first time becomes a member of the program of preferential lending. In total, in 2025 it is planned to support projects from 51 regions of the country, including 106 hotels in category 3 or 4 “stars” and 64 5-star hotels. In total, 31.6 thousand numbers will be created. Objects must be commissioned no later than 2030.
“Beaver Log” is a flagship sports facility of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a favorite place to relax citizens both in the winter and in the summer. The company notes that the appearance of hotels will further expand the ability of the object and allow optimizing the load on the infrastructure of the park, which is now loaded unevenly. The hotels will be located directly on the territory of the fan park, and their construction will not affect the private sector and the territory of the “pillars” located nearby.

Recall that the “beaver log” was built by Norkel in 2006, now more than 550 thousand people visit it annually. The ski complex includes illuminated routes of different levels of complexity with a length of more than 7 km, cable carpers and summer attractions. The fanfark annually hosts more than 100 events and entertainment events, as well as sports competitions of the Russian Cup level. The cable car “Beaver Log” is connected by flooring paths with the Krasnoyarsk Pillars of the National Park, which creates a convenient infrastructure for walking.
On the slopes of the “beaver log”, the “snow class” is engaged in the social project “Norilsk Nickel”, which allows for more than 2 thousand schoolchildren from the Krasnoyarsk Territory to teach skiing. Also in the fanpark are the company's corporate competitions.
