From May 21 to June 11 in the largest cities of Russia, including Krasnoyarsk, a unique gastronomic festival Back to Future. This festival combines the past and the future in one dish-nostalgic recipes and bold novelties of chefs.
The idea of the festival is to give guests the opportunity to simultaneously remember their favorite dishes from the past and try what you have to appear in the restaurant menu. For the period of the festival, restaurants will present from one to four special dishes:
- The retro-blunder, which once disappeared from the menu, but remained in the memory of many.
- Phantom dishes are the best recipes for closed establishments that used to work on the same sites.
- New items that chefs plan to enter in the menu in the future.
Thus, the festival will lay a real gastronomic bridge between the eras.
Many famous Krasnoyarsk restaurants and cafes take part in the festival, including: Formaggi, “Cream”, “Papa”, “Scales”, “Pig and Beads”, Home Deluxe, BeneDict, “Master of Taiga”, Mama's, Hello Wine, Fresco, Fresco Asia, La Famile, Jil, Mike and Molly, “North”.
