
Waiting for guests, and time in the tip? Or just want something tasty for dinner, but without long trouble in the kitchen? Salty rolls with greens, cheese and garlic – this is what will save from hunger and give real pleasure.
They are prepared very quickly, and eat even faster:
Ingredients
- Finished puff pastry – 250 g
- Hard cheese – 150 g
- Greens (dill, parsley) – 30 g
- Garlic-1-2 cloves
- Egg (yolk) – 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil – 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise – to taste
Cooking
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, wash the greens and chop finely, and pass the garlic through the press or chop finely.
- Mix the ingredients in one bowl and season its contents with mayonnaise.
- Thawed puff pastry slightly roll out and evenly distribute the filling over the entire surface.
- Gently turn the dough into a dense roll, and then cut it into pieces about 2-3 cm thick.
- Put the rolls on the baking sheet and lubricate each of them with a beaten egg with an egg.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes (until golden).
In just half an hour you will get a delicious and hearty snack that will disappear from the table instantly. You can vary the types of cheese, add your favorite spices, but the basis remains unchanged. Bon appetit!
