Sweet triangles in puff pastry: the recipe is almost penny, and the taste is a million

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry – 250 g
  • Canned pineapples – 150 g
  • Fresh pears – 150 g
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
  • Ground cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vanilin – 1 bag
  • Sugar powder – 20 g

Cooking

  1. Drain the syrup from pineapples. Cut them and pear pears cleaned from the core.
  2. Mix fruits with sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well and punish in a pan.
  3. Remove the thawed puff dough slightly and cut into squares. Put the fruit filling into the center of each.
  4. Fold the square diagonally to make a triangle. Pin the edges tightly and put it on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, until golden. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
