In January, the Court of Appeal in Dubai, deciding as a court of first instance, stated “unlawfully legal admissibility of extradition Sebastian M. to Poland.” This ruling was appealed in February by a man, and at the beginning of May the Supreme Court of the United Arab Emirates finally considered extradition to be permissible.
