Products

  • 650 g of chicken liver;
  • two bulbs;
  • five pickled cucumbers chopped by strips;
  • five boiled eggs grated on a coarse grater;
  • 100 g of solid cheese grated on a fine grater;
  • mayonnaise;
  • Salt and pepper taste.

Cooking

  1. Rinse and boil the chicken liver.
  2. Cool the finished liver and grate on a coarse grater.
  3. Fry chopped onions and grated carrots in vegetable oil on a coarse grater. At the end, salt and pepper roasting.
  4. Put the chicken liver on the plate, lubricating this layer with mayonnaise, then form a layer of roasting, and put eggs and cucumbers on top of it.
  5. Grind each layer with mayonnaise.
  6. Sprinkle the finished salad with grated cheese.
