Products
- 650 g of chicken liver;
- two bulbs;
- five pickled cucumbers chopped by strips;
- five boiled eggs grated on a coarse grater;
- 100 g of solid cheese grated on a fine grater;
- mayonnaise;
- Salt and pepper taste.
Cooking
- Rinse and boil the chicken liver.
- Cool the finished liver and grate on a coarse grater.
- Fry chopped onions and grated carrots in vegetable oil on a coarse grater. At the end, salt and pepper roasting.
- Put the chicken liver on the plate, lubricating this layer with mayonnaise, then form a layer of roasting, and put eggs and cucumbers on top of it.
- Grind each layer with mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle the finished salad with grated cheese.
