In Krasnoyarsk, more than 3 thousand people / Sports of Krasnoyarsk and Krasnoyarsk Territory / Newslab.ru took part in the international half -marathon.

On May 24, about 3 thousand Krasnoyarsk residents reached the start of the largest running event of Russia – the IX half marathon “Rasty.rf”. The general partner of the sports competition was traditionally performed by the PSB Bank, which presented his team from employees and members of their families for the race.

Professional athletes and amateurs could experience their strength at one of three distances to choose from: 5, 10 or 21.1 km. For children and adolescents, a separate distance of 1 km long was organized. According to the results of the half marathon, the winners at each distance were determined. Also, one of the participating cities will be awarded the title of running capital.

“This is a real sports festival uniting people from different cities in a single impulse and love of sports. Today, each of us felt like a part of a large and friendly team. I am sure that this half -marathon will become a bright and memorable event for many citizens leading an active lifestyle, ”said Konstantin Nerimatereny, regional director of PSB in Krasnoyarsk.

“Zabing.rf” has been held since 2017 and is the first Russian half marathon with a synchronous start in all time zones of Russia. In 2023, a sports competition acquired international status. This year, the organizers timed the half marathon to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

In total, about 220 thousand running fans in Russia took part in the sports competition, as well as in 25 participating countries where the event was held under the name One Run.

Those who could not join the half marathon on the day of its holding can become a member of the online race, running the selected distance along a convenient route and at a convenient time until May 31.
