“The mackerel is so juicy and tender that it literally melts in the mouth,” the blogger noted.
Ingredients:
- Three mackerels;
- one or two bulbs;
- 50 ml of soy sauce;
- 60 ml of oil;
- salt, pepper to taste;
- 1 tsp. Papriki.
Cooking
- Stir the fish from the insides. Cut the tail and head, rinse and cut 3-4 cm thick.
- Add chopped onions, spices and vegetable oil to the fish.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly and leave for an hour.
- Place the fish for skewers.
- Fry it up to 10 minutes on each side.
