“The mackerel is so juicy and tender that it literally melts in the mouth,” the blogger noted.

Ingredients:

  • Three mackerels;
  • one or two bulbs;
  • 50 ml of soy sauce;
  • 60 ml of oil;
  • salt, pepper to taste;
  • 1 tsp. Papriki.

Cooking

  1. Stir the fish from the insides. Cut the tail and head, rinse and cut 3-4 cm thick.
  2. Add chopped onions, spices and vegetable oil to the fish.
  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and leave for an hour.
  4. Place the fish for skewers.
  5. Fry it up to 10 minutes on each side.
