Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced on Tuesday on TVP Info that in June, after the presidential election, the government is facing reconstruction. He stated that after the changes the government would be less numerous but more efficient. He also admitted that he would like to renegotiate a coalition agreement.

Management in the largest number of ministries is performed by members of the Civic Coalition or persons recommended by KO. The third road, although it started in the election as a coalition committee, to the government included in its parties – PSL and Poland 2050 recommended separate groups of people in individual ministries. Ministers associated with PSL or recommended by the people are: Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz (deputy prime minister, head of the Ministry of National Defense), Czesław Siekierski (MRiRW), Dariusz Klimczak (MI), Krzysztof Paszyk (MRIT).

From Poland, 2050 ministerial functions are performed by: Paulina Henning-Kloska (MKIŚ) and Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz (MFIPR).

The ministers associated with the new left are: Krzysztof Gawkowski (Deputy Prime Minister, MC), Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk (MRPiPS), Marcin Kulasek (MNISW).

Ministers without portfolio are: minister – member of the Council of Ministers, head of the Chancellery of the Chancellery Jan Grabiec (KO), minister – member of the Council of Ministers, head of the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers Maciej Berek (recommended by the KO), EU Minister Adam Szłapka (KO), minister – a member of the Council of Ministers Marcin Kierwiński (KO), Minister Senior Policy Marzena Okła-Drewnowicz (KO), Minister of Civil Society, chairwoman of the Public Benefit Committee Adriana Porowska (recommended by Poland 2050).

In total, in the government of Donald Tusk, 26 people have ministerial functions, among them 15 are members of the KO or were recommended by this political camp, 4 are associated with PSL, 4 with the new left, and 3 with Poland 2050.

In almost all ministries, the functions of state secretaries and Undersecretaries of State or General Directors are performed by people from various groups included in the ruling coalition, and the number of people in management depends on the coalition agreement and the size and nature of the ministry. Most entities subordinate or supervised by the minister concern the Ministry of Justice (781 entities) and the Ministry of Finance (631). The only ministries who are not subject to any entities are the Ministry of Tourism and Maps.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk has not yet indicated which ministries will be covered by changes, what exactly their exact number will be and in which areas can be expected.

The coalition agreement assumes that the leader of PO Donald Tusk is the prime minister; The deputy prime minister are Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz (PSL-Trzecia Road) and Krzysztof Gawkowski (Nowa Lefta).

The Marshal of the Sejm remains the Polish leader 2050 Szymon Hołownia, who is to perform his function until November 13, 2025, when he will be replaced by Włodzimierz Czarzasty from the new left.

KO indicated two, and PSL one deputy marshal of the Sejm, like the new left, who would keep this function until November 13, 2025, and then pass it on to Poland 2050.

Senator KO Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska is to act as a Senate Marshal until November 13, 2025, then it is replaced by a person indicated by the Civic Coalition. (PAP)
