Nawrocki at Mentzen against the euro, catastral tax and the Act on hate speech

You have to reject “green order”, “the adoption of Islamic immigrants is always bad”, assessing the closing of the economy during the Pandemic time, it must be remembered that reviewing decisions is easier than making them – noted Karol Nawrocki asked by Sławomir Mentzen about matters from the time of PiS rule.

During the Thursday conversation on the YouTube channel, Nawrocki was asked by Mentzen about several issues that he was to answer in the affirmative or negative. A large part of them concerned the decisions made during the PiS rule.
Nawrocki agreed that the mistake was “introducing a new order by Mateusz Morawiecki.” When asked about the European Green Order, he said that he “is bad” and “it must be rejected”. When asked whether it was a mistake to accept “366,000 Islamic and African immigrants in 2018-2022”, Nawrocki replied that “the reception of Islamic immigrants is always bad.”

The presidential candidate supported by PiS also opposed the postulates contained in the so -called Five for animals. When asked whether “the confederation was right, opposing the closing of the economy during the Covid pandemic”, Nawrocki replied that this requires a longer discussion and pointed out that “reviewing decisions is easier than making.” He stated that he would not close the churches or gym.
Mentzen, who as a confederation candidate obtained in the first round of the presidential election, the third result (14.81 percent) invited Nawrocki and Ko Rafał Trzaskowski's candidate, who will compete in the second round. The conversation with Trzaskowski will take place on Saturday. Mentzen will present them, among others declaration with postulates important for his voters; Only Nawrocki declared his readiness to sign it.
Nawrocki at Mentzen: Not for increasing taxes and sending Polish soldiers to Ukraine
Not for increasing taxes, not for cadastral tax, not for sending Polish soldiers to Ukraine – in this way PiS's candidate Karol Nawrocki, supported by PiS, answered the questions of Sławomir Mentzen.
During the Thursday conversation on the YouTube channel, Nawrocki declared that if he was elected as president, he would not sign “any law that raises existing taxes, contributions, fees or introduces new fiscal burdens.” He added, however, that as a future president, he looks at tax issues through the prism of the entire social policy of the state. Referring to the catastral tax, he pointed out that he is against him, although the apartment “is not a standard commodity”, and he “wonders, being aware that young people are waiting for apartments that are in commercial trade (…), where there should be a limit for housing owners.”
He also emphasized that he would “guard” the Polish zloty. “I am against the euro not only for economic reasons, although they are important,” added the candidate. Mentzen interjected, however, that it was PiS that limited cash trading to entrepreneurs and introduced cash payment limits.
He also said that as a president he would not sign any law that would limit the freedom to express views in accordance with the Polish Constitution. “I will be a future guardian of the Constitution and freedom of speech is one of the foundations of the functioning of Polish democracy,” he said. He added that the so -called The Act on hate speech “should go to the trash” because it does not solve the problem.
Mentioned by Nawrocki, the so -called The Act on hate speech was vetoed by President Andrzej Duda; It expands the catalog of hate crimes with four new premises: age, gender, disability and sexual orientation.
Nawrocki also emphasized that it would not allow Polish soldiers to be sent to Ukraine, but “will send Polish entrepreneurs when Ukraine will rebuild.” When asked if Ukraine should join NATO, he said that the discussion on this subject is “completely pointless”; In his opinion, Ukraine's entrance to NATO would mean that “the entire North Atlantic alliance is at war with the Russian Federation.”
Nawrocki signed a declaration prepared by Mentzen
Karol Nawrocki signed a declaration containing postulates important for voters of Sławomir Mentzen. He assured, among others, that if he became president, he would not sign a law that would limit Poles' access to weapons or ratify any EU treaties that would weaken Poland.
Thank you very much @Nawrockikn for a conversation and signing a declaration! pic.twitter.com/qc93qny2bm

The declaration includes The commitment to not to sign any law that would limit Poles' access to weapons. Nawrocki in an interview with Mentzen stated that he would not sign such a law. The presidential candidate supported by PiS assessed that in Poland it is very difficult to get a weapon permission, and at the same time “we are in a situation where the civil resistance of the Polish state must be raised.” Nawrocki, who is also the president of the Institute of National Remembrance, admitted that he himself has access to personal weapons, and the permit gained after “the Russian Federation began to prosecute him.”
Another postulate from the declaration concerned the failure to sign any EU treaties weakening Poland. Nawrocki opposed “giving Polish competences of the European Union in the field of Polish farms and Polish forests” or in the field of education. He also stated that he was terrified by the idea of a “common European army.” “Yes, I will not sign any obligations or treaties that strive to create a paraphenism from Europe,” he said.
The declaration signed by Nawrocki contains eight points, including the candidate's obligation, among others to the fact that he does not sign “any law that increases existing taxes, contributions, fees or introduces new fiscal burdens” and “no law limiting the freedom to express views in accordance with the Polish constitution”; In addition, that it will not allow “sending Polish soldiers to the territory of Ukraine” and will not sign the “law on the ratification of Ukraine's accession to NATO (PAP)
