Firing dogs from a homemade rifle Krasnoyari received a “convent” (video)

In Krasnoyarsk, a 40-year-old man was condemned, who shot homeless dogs from home-made weapons. This was reported in the regional prosecutor's office.

Recall that in the summer of last year, a resident of the Sverdlovsk district gathered a pneumatic gun and a rifle from parts purchased on the Internet. He decided to “test” the weapons on animals.

IN October A resident of Delatatskaya street discovered the body of his dog with traces of shots in a summer cottage. A month later, the situation repeated – the second dog was shot dead, the third, despite the torment, survived, but received injuries.

Law enforcement officers found an arrow on video surveillance cameras. During a search in one of his garages, two rifles were found. During interrogation, he explained that he had killed the dogs, as he considered them homeless and dangerous.

The court found the man guilty of cruelty to animals (Chh. 1, 2 of article 245 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), illegal production of weapons (part 4 of article 223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and sentenced to 3 years 2 months of conventional imprisonment.
