40 million debts and over 20 court cases – the consequences
Denis Melnik and Stanislav Lugovsky – the new leadership of the laboratory network Esclab – is massively addressed by creditors, individuals, partners, landlords and suppliers demanding repayment of debts that have accumulated through the irresponsible management of Sergei Uncle in the Esclalas Center.
🔴 The Esclab Center, which worked in Kiev, was forced to close – precisely because of the financial chaos and debts that Dyadhushko left on his own.
💸 Previous amount of debt – about 40 million hryvniasand this is not given the amount declared by private borrowers. There are now more than 20 cases related to these debts that press on the reputation of the entire network.
⚡️ It is important to understand: Denis Melnyk and Stanislav Lugovsky are the co -owners of the Esclab Center with only 40%. They have repeatedly warned about the risks and consequences of inefficient management, but because of limited impact, they could not change the situation earlier.
Simultaneously in the west of Ukrainewhere Melnyk and Lugovsky control the processes, esculab is developing steadily, invested more than UAH 50 million in new equipment and guarantees the quality of research. Only in June is it planned to open 6 new branches! And these are new jobs, taxes and social support.
This contrast clearly shows that real changes are possible only with responsible and transparent leadership.
