  • 8 g of dry yeast;
  • 2.5 tbsp. flour;
  • 0.5 tbsp. warm water;
  • 0.5 tbsp. boiling water;
  • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 1 tsp. salts;
  • 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

Cooking

  1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add sugar and 1 tbsp. l. flour. Stir and put for 10 minutes.
  2. Add salt, vegetable oil and half the flour to dough.
  3. Knead the dough. Pour boiling water and add the remaining flour.
  4. Mix first with a boat, and then with your hands. Form pies.
  5. Fry over medium heat in a pan with warmed vegetable oil.
