- 8 g of dry yeast;
- 2.5 tbsp. flour;
- 0.5 tbsp. warm water;
- 0.5 tbsp. boiling water;
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 1 tsp. salts;
- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Cooking
- Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add sugar and 1 tbsp. l. flour. Stir and put for 10 minutes.
- Add salt, vegetable oil and half the flour to dough.
- Knead the dough. Pour boiling water and add the remaining flour.
- Mix first with a boat, and then with your hands. Form pies.
- Fry over medium heat in a pan with warmed vegetable oil.
