IT Holding T1 announced the opening of an office in Yekaterinburg. Its leader will be Evgenia Ledenev.

IT Holding T1 sees in the Sverdlovsk region a great intellectual potential. Already today, the T1 team has over 1000 specialists in the region, and only 80 new employees joined the team only in the first quarter of 2025. In connection with the launch of a full -fledged T1 branch, it is planned that novice specialists will amount to more than 17% of the total number in Yekaterinburg – shared in the company.

The new office will become a platform for communication, the exchange of experience and professional growth. This year in Yekaterinburg, Mitaps T1 Lamp and the Impulse T1 Technological Conference will also be held, and the hiring programs in the format of educational online intenses “Open Schools” will be valid. In the near future, in the new office they will begin to conduct excursions for students so that they can get to know T1 and the regional team closer.

“The opening of an office in Yekaterinburg is an important step in the framework of our strategy to strengthen the IT community in the regions. Cooperating with local enterprises, IT companies, technological clusters, authorities and universities, T1 will help to strengthen the development of the entire digital infrastructure of the region. And due to the further expansion of the Yekaterinburg office, the holding team will be replenished with both experimental personnel and novice specialists, which will support the growth of local IT expertise, ”said Ekaterina Rozhdestvenskaya, development director of the regions of IT Holding T1.

In total, over 27 thousand people are working in the company, today the holding employees work in more than 400 cities of the country, including in Izhevsk, Novosibirsk, Samara, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Ryazan and Minsk.
