In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a resident of the Uzhursky district will bear criminal liability for an attack with an ax on bailiffs.

The bailiffs came to the debtor on alimony, who lives in the village of Ishim. The woman has five children, in relation to three (15, 13 and 10 years), she is deprived of parental rights. They live in uzhure with a guardian, and the mother is obliged to pay them child support.

The woman ignores this duty, for which she was already held accountable and punished by mandatory work. She also does not want to follow this order.

The bailiffs arrived at the Ishim to remind the woman of her responsibility, but she was intoxicated and did not want to communicate. Her 50-year-old cohabitant was also drunk and behaved aggressively. He attacked the bailiffs, threatening with a knife and an ax.

“The bailiffs were forced to use physical strength, neutralized the attacker and called the police outfit. A criminal case has been instituted against a man for an attack on representatives of state power in the performance of their duties. During the investigation, the offender did not hide his intentions, and his roommate, passing a witness in the criminal case, confirmed them“, – They told the press service of the department.

The debtor awaits further interaction with the bailiff service until the debt repayment, and its roommate will now be responsible for his actions within the framework of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
