The director of Irish low -budget airlines Ryanair Michael O'Leary said on Monday that because of the interference related to security issues at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv, Israel, the company “loses patience” and considers resignation from flights to this country.

“I think that our patience also ends with regard to Israel,” said O'Leary. In this way he commented on the company's annual financial results of the company published on Monday.
Due to the fact that currently Ryanair flights to Tel Aviv are suspended until the end of May, O'Leary also announced that the company is considering moving aircraft that has been ran to Israel, to service other directions.
The management of Ryanair reported on Monday that in the financial year 2025, calculated from the beginning of April 2024 to the end of March this year, the company generated a profit of EUR 1.61 billion. This means a 16 % decrease in an annual basis. The aircraft filling indicator remained at 94 percent. (PAP)
