A man was detained for 24 hours and then chose judicial control after hitting a policeman and biting a colleague.
Case of outrage at Târgu Ocna
A 53 -year -old man from Târgu Ocna was detained following a scandal. He manifested himself violently in the street, and for this reason, the policemen proceeded to immobilize and handcuff.
“During the immobilization, the man struck her in the area of the face on the police and biting the policeman. Following the incident, the policeman was transported to the hospital for medical care.” announces IPJ Bacău.
The prosecutor's office next to the Oneşti District Court was notified, in the case being a criminal case in the aspect of committing the offense of outrage.
The man was detained for 24 hours and introduced in the IPJ Bacău arrest. Subsequently, on May 18, the court ordered the measure of judicial control for 60 days.
