
Achma is a Georgian dish that will conquer any combination of delicate layers of dough and melting cheese filling. The secret lies in a special preparation technique and a rich taste, which is fully revealed in the oven.
There is nothing complicated in the recipe, but The result exceeds all expectations:
Ingredients
- 400 g of flour
- 200 ml of kefir
- 1 egg, ½ tsp. salt.
- 500 g of Suluguni cheese
- 100 g butter
Cooking
Knead the dough from flour, kefir, eggs and salt, leave for 15 minutes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll each into a thin layer. Put the first layer in the mold, grease with melted oil, sprinkle with cheese. Repeat the layers, grease the last layer of dough with oil without cheese. Turn the edges inside. Bake 30 minutes at 180 degrees to rosy crust.
