George Simion also congratulated Nicușor Dan to win the presidential elections, on Sunday night, in a pre-emptied video message he posted on Facebook.
The golden leader thanked the Romanians who voted for him.
“I would like to congratulate my counter-candidate, Nicușor Dan, won the elections. It was the will of the Romanian people. I want to thank the more than 5 million Romanians who have confidence in me. I will not disappoint them. There is no more valuable thing for me than their confidence.
He acknowledged that “it is difficult to feel this bitter taste of defeat.”
“It is time to continue our struggle for justice, for the truth, for the natural family, for the Christian faith and for freedom. We will continue to be an important and significant part of the Romanian society. Please each of you not to abandon. We go to the end, even if it is difficult to feel this bitter taste of the defeat.
After centralizing 99.75% of the minutes, Nicușor Dan has over 6.1 million votes and can no longer be caught by George Simion, which has about 5.24 million votes. The gold leader had won the first round of the poll with an almost double score, in percent, compared to his independent counter -candidate.
