“This rhubarb cake on a baking powder is so gentle that it just melts in your mouth, and a crispy crust with nuts gives it a special piquancy. It will look like a flood pie with rhubarb, only more fat and with wet dough, like that of Cakes,” the site says.

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml of milk;
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice;
  • 100 g of butter;
  • 150 g of sugar;
  • one egg;
  • 230 g of flour;
  • 10 g of baking powder;
  • 1 tsp. salts;
  • 300 g of rhubarb;
  • Almonds to their liking.

Cooking

  1. Mix egg, sugar, milk, baking powder, lemon juice, soft butter, salt and 220 g of flour in a blender.
  2. Peel the rhubarb and cut it into pieces. Add 10 g of flour and mix with the dough.
  3. Put the dough in a greased mold and sprinkle with almonds. Bake the pie for 50 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 ° C.
