A fake appeared in Ukraine about new fines for the absence of a first -aid kit and a fire extinguisher in the machine – the Ministry of Internal Affairs

“The media disseminates information about allegedly new fines for the lack of a first -aid kit, fire extinguisher or emergency stop. This is a fake,” the report said.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that no new fines are provided for motorists for the absence of these items.

“As the first deputy head of the Patrol Police Department Alexei Beloshitsky noted, the requirements for the equipment of vehicles have remained unchanged for many years and are clearly spelled out in the rules of the road. Also, the sanctions provided for possible violations on this matter have not changed for several years,” the ministry writes.

They recalled that the car should have a working fire extinguisher, a standard emergency stop (or flickering red lamp) and a first -aid kit of the corresponding type.
