Not sticking together: cook chocolate, and soup for sweet tooth on the table – dessert in 10 minutes

Some culinary ideas seem unexpected only to the first sample. Then they become loved, taking their place in the list of quick and reliable recipes. It is such a story that happens with one variations of hot chocolate. From a regular drink, it can be turned into a full sweet dish. It will warm it in a cold evening and will become an unexpected end of dinner.

A dessert is prepared from the simplest products that are in every kitchen:

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 30 g of cocoa powder
  • 30 g of sugar (or 2 tbsp. L. Honey)
  • 10 g of corn starch
  • Vanine or cinnamon

Cooking

1. In a small pan, mix cocoa, sugar and starch. Add 100 ml of cold milk and stir until smooth.
2. Heat the remaining milk over medium heat, not bringing to a boil.
3. Pour a cocoa mixture into hot milk with a thin stream, stirring continuously.
4. Cook for 3-4 minutes over low heat until the soup thickens.
5. At the end, add vanillin or cinnamon, remove the dish from the stove and pour into cups.

This dessert is served warm, sometimes with the addition of whipped cream, marshmallows or pieces of cookies. It resembles liquid pudding or thick hot chocolate, but with a more delicate consistency. Bon appetit!
