Israel is open to “all possibilities” of concluding an agreement with Hamas, including the end of the war – the office of the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday. The Israeli government had been in favor of a truce that would guarantee him the right to return to the fight.

Hamas emphasized that the release of subsequent hostages must be associated with the warranty of the end of the war and presented proposals to release all kidnapped for a permanent truce.

Disputed issues remains, among others The future of Hamas or the matter of governments in the post -war Gaza Zone. The Israeli government has consistently repeated that its goal was to destroy Hamas as a military force and to remove it from power. At the same time, he did not present a clear vision who would administer this Palestinian territory after the war.

Some representatives of Hamas claimed that they were ready to give power in the Gaza Strip, but they would not agree to assemble the weapons.

Arab states presented a plan to rebuild the Gaza Strip after the war, according to which it is to be initially managed by independent Palestinian technocrat, to finally go under the management of the Palestinian autonomy.

The war in the Gaza Strip lasts from October 7, 2023, when Hamas invaded the south of Israel, killing about 1,200 people, and 251 kidnapping. According to the Israeli army, 23 hostages are still imprisoned, and Hamas also holds the bodies of 35 more.

In mid -January there was already a nearly two -month truce, but Israel returned to the fighting to force Hamas to accept his truce conditions and release more hostages.

In recent days, Israel has started a new offensive, emphasizing that its purpose is to put further pressure on Hamas. According to local authorities, about 100 people die every day.

International organizations alert about the tragic humanitarian situation of Palestinian civilians. At the beginning of March, Israel stopped the delivery of humanitarian aid.
