In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the police returned a motorcycle to the young man who stole his 18-year-old friend. This was reported in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region.
Everything happened in the village of Idrinskoye. The victim himself told law enforcement officers about the loss of motorcycles. The guy turned to the duty unit when he noticed that the transport was stolen from the veranda at his house. The police found that a friend of the owner of the motorcycle was involved in the case and detained the young man.
An attacker decided to steal a vehicle with a friend, because he refused to sell it.
“The guy waited for the owner of the motor vehicle at home, hacked the door of the door on the veranda and abducted the“ iron horse ”. He hid him in the forest nearby, where he was seized by police officers, ”law enforcement officers said.
In relation to the 18-year-old attacker, a criminal case was opened under paragraph “a” of part 3 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Theft with illegal penetration into the dwelling”, now the guy has been chosen a preventive measure in the form of a non -departure subscription. A young man faces up to six years in prison.
