
Ukrainian nutritionist Anna Morenko named common habits that quietly destroy health.
Nine bad habits
- Drink coffee on an empty stomach, as this will promote the production of cortisol.
- Don't walk. A sedentary lifestyle increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases and provokes problems with joints, back, and also worsens blood circulation.
- Ignore vegetables and fruits, which are the main source of vitamins.
- Sleep less than eight hours. Chronic lack of sleep provokes insulin resistance, memory problems, bad mood and overeating.
- Insufficient amount of water. Dehydration slows down your metabolism, harms your kidneys and heart, and negatively affects your skin.
- Refusal of carbohydrates. Without complex carbohydrates, problems with concentration, lack of energy and hormonal balance can occur.
- Replacing lunch or dinner with dessert. Because of this, the body will not receive proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
- Ignoring rest. This depletes the nervous system and impairs immunity.
- Viewing gadgets before bed. The fact is that blue screen light blocks the production of melatonin. As a result, the deep phase of sleep suffers, the body does not recover, and the nervous system does not rest.
