The Russians conquer the stake. They want Ukraine's neutrality, as well as the waiver of territory and reparations

Russian representatives demanded on Friday from Ukraine to adopt a neutral status, the official renunciation of claims for reparations and recognition of the illegal annexation of Crimea and four other occupied circuits of Ukraine – Bloomberg agreed on Saturday.

During Friday's talks in Istanbul, the Russian delegation presented to representatives of Ukraine several conditions whose fulfillment is expected before making a decision to suspend their weapons.

Moscow demanded that Ukraine adopt neutral status, without the presence of foreign troops or weapons of mass destruction on its territory, the official renunciation of claims about reparations and the recognition of the illegal annexation of Crimea and four occupied circuits, although they are not fully controlled by Russian forces – Bloomberg said on Friday.

The Russian delegation stated that Russian leader Vladimir Putin would agree to suspend their arms only after Ukraine withdrew his troops from the Kherson, Donetsk, Lugansk and Zaporoski districts and the transfer of them to Russia. The Kremlin also demands the international recognition of all five parts of Ukraine (including Crimea) as part of the Russian Federation.

Talks of the delegation of Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul were the first direct conversations of representatives of the authorities of both countries for three years. The minister of defense of the Ukrainian died, and Russian was headed by Vladimir Miedinski, adviser to Vladimir Putin.

Diesov informed that during talks the Ukrainian and Russian delegation discussed the possibility of exchanging prisoners of 1000 per 1000 people. The parties also talked about the suspension of the weapon and the preparation of the potential meeting of Wołodymyr Zelanski with Putin. (PAP)
