The court arrested the property of the Morgenstern in agent in a criminal case on non -fulfillment of the duties of a foreign agent.
His land plot and house in the village of Leonovo Istra district of the Moscow Region, as well as four non -residential premises were arrested: one in Leonovo, the remaining three in the building on Bakuninskaya Street in Moscow.
The case for suspicion of evading the legislation on foreign agents on Alisher was excited in the fall of 2024. The case was opened on the materials of the audit of the Moscow prosecutor's office.
