Impact of the election campaign on the selection of the candidate. We know the position of Poles [SONDAŻ]


Uce Research in the study, whose results were published on Friday, asked Poles the question: “Did the events/information from the current presidential campaign have changed the decision to vote for?”

The course of the campaign had an impact on changing the sentence with every third voter. “Definitely yes” (15.1 percent) and “rather yes” (19 percent) are a total of 34.1 percent.
In most of the studied, the campaign did not change the election decision. “Definitely not” (31.4 percent) and “rather not” (26.7 percent) are a total of 58.1 percent.
A group of 7.8 percent remains participants of the survey who chose the answer “hard to say”.

The respondents were also asked about their party preferences. “The shortage of the campaign ranges on the decision of the supporters of the Civic Coalition who took part in the survey. I am talking about 23.8 percent of them. The group, whose candidate is Rafał Trzaskowski, clearly stands out from the others. In the case of supporters of other parties, it was from 35.8 percent. up to 45.5 percent, in order: third road, PiS, Confederation and Left” – Onet said.
The UCE Research study at the request of Onet was conducted on May 12 and 13, 2025 by the CAWI method at a sample of 1006 adult Poles aged 18-80 who intend to vote in the May election for the President of the Republic of Poland.
