Drakin says that the homeland and the front require the industry of everyday production of products and increasing its quality. In the reference and information publication “Birobidzhana Streets: according to the documents of the State Archive of the Jewish Autonomous Region” (0+), information was posted that by the decision of the Birobidzhan city executive committee dated May 16, 1972 No. 146 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the All-Union Pioneer Organization named after V.I. Lenin Street Birskaya and part of Dorozhny Street from house number 2 on house No. 36 were renamed Pionerskaya Street.
In the 70s, two schools were built on this street-school No. 11 and school No. 3 (currently Lyceum No. 23). In 1972, a children's hospital was built on Pionerskaya Street.

Pionerskaya Street at the same time is also a cultural street, on which various educational institutions are located and at the same time – industrial street.
On Pionerskaya Street there is a hosiery and shoe factory. A hostel for employees of the shoe factory for 84 places was also built. It actually arose in the swamp, the place was covered with land, landed the territory, planted trees.

In the city of Birobidzhan, a circus team “Pearl” was created. The founder and first artistic director of the studio was the former acrobat V. G. Unkind. All work was enthusiastic about the head of the studio. Costumes and props were made with their own hands. When the patronage of Dalselmash took the patronage of the studio, everything changed. The administration of the plant helped the circus team to decide on a permanent place of classes, it was the city Palace of Culture. The material and technical base was replenished with a new circus props.

A year after year, the studio expanded. The variety of genres attracted more and more people who wanted to comprehend circus art.
Gradually, the team became known not only in the region, but also beyond its borders. At the same time, the name of the studio changes, it began to be called “Happy Childhood.” In 1976, for the high performing skills of participants, numerous victories and awards at all -Union festivals and republican competitions, the team was awarded the high rank of “People's”.
Today, the Circus Studio “Happy Childhood” is a creative team, uniting children and youth aged 4 to 20 years.
