Many neighborhoods in Bucharest have gone through spectacular transformations in the last 35 years, and the district of Grozăvești – the one of the working class and the studious student – is on the list.

It is known for its many factories and factories, the pride of the socialist city. At the same time, it is also known for the Student Family Complex, the Grozavești neighborhood being kept in mind by all the Polytechnists.

In recent years, the entire area has developed chaotic, from a real estate point of view. Tall blocks on narrow and potholes were built, road traffic has become a nightmare for drivers transiting the area, and from the middle of the Grozavești Park were cut the trees to make room for the blocks.

In 2024, PS6 announced a great plan of urban regeneration of the Grozavești neighborhood.

Read captivating details, on B365.ro, about the radical transformation of the Grozavești neighborhood, from the socialist industrial area to the neighborhood of the great real estate battles.
