In Warsaw, Poznań and Łódź, the average amounts paid for new apartments were in the first quarter of 2025 lower than a year earlier – according to the data of the National Bank of Poland. In an annual basis, the rates are increasingly striving for stabilization, to which they approached the most in Łódź.


In Warsaw, an average of PLN 16,383/sq m was paid on the primary market for apartments. – by 1.2 percent less than three months earlier. It was the first reduction in the average transaction price in two years. In an annual basis, the rates increased by an average of 3.1 percent.
