Ingredients
- 250 g of cottage cheese (9%)
- 150 g of potato puree
- 1 chicken egg
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour
- vegetable oil
Cooking
- Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add in advance boiled potato puree and mix until smooth.
- Pour the egg, pour sugar and salt, then gradually enter the flour. The dough should be soft, but not stick to your hands.
- Divide into 8 parts, form round cakes 1.5 cm thick.
- Fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden crust.
Cheesons will turn out lush, with a delicate middle. They will not creep in a pan and will remain soft even after cooling. You can serve with sour cream, jam or fresh berries. Bon appetit!
