Cottage cheese with potatoes – I eat with a spoon: a recipe for delicious cheesecakes in 30 minutes

If the usual cheesecakes have already bored, then try adding a little potato puree to the dough. This simple ingredient will transform the taste and texture of your favorite dish.

This option is especially good for those who love hearty breakfast:

Ingredients

  • 250 g of cottage cheese (9%)
  • 150 g of potato puree
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour
  • vegetable oil

Cooking

  1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add in advance boiled potato puree and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour the egg, pour sugar and salt, then gradually enter the flour. The dough should be soft, but not stick to your hands.
  3. Divide into 8 parts, form round cakes 1.5 cm thick.
  4. Fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden crust.

Cheesons will turn out lush, with a delicate middle. They will not creep in a pan and will remain soft even after cooling. You can serve with sour cream, jam or fresh berries. Bon appetit!
