In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the police brought to criminal liability a 43-year-old resident of the Krasnoturan district, who shot a colleague from a pneumatic rifle in his knee.
The incident occurred at the end of March on a livestock farm in the village of Tubinsk.
“The 43-year-old worker from hooligan motives caused bodily injuries to his 20-year-old colleague, shooting from a pneumatic rifle to the left knee. The victim was taken to the hospital with a diagnosis of a “foreign body in the left knee joint”, ”said the State Department of Internal Affairs.
The examination found that changes were made to the design of the rifle by installing a spring with more powerful muzzle energy.
The rifle at the shooter was seized, and two criminal cases were brought to it: for causing bodily harm from hooligan motives (paragraphs “a”, “c” of part 2 of article 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and illegal remake of weapons (part 4 of article 223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Currently, a man has been chosen a preventive measure in the form of a non -departure subscription.
