“Krak” warns of a new wave of fraud: under the guise of plumber in the apartments of the Krasnoyarsk, attackers again go.

A new wave of complaints of residents of the city about the apartment bypasses of people in work clothing went to the dispatch service of the enterprise. Unknown people call the door, introduce themselves to employees of the department of external communications and persistently try to go inside to examine the pipes and a survey about the quality of water.

“Dear Krasnoyarsk, please warn about such cases of fraud of your loved ones, especially veterans. Tell them that the city drinking water supply system is operating normally, the quality of cold water is controlled around the clock and meets all sanitary requirements, and the employees of our enterprise do not provide any paid services at home. Do not let strangers into the apartment, even if they are presented by specialists of the housing and communal services services, whom you personally have never called, ”said Oleg Goncherov, general director of Krak.

Citizens are asked to be vigilant and remember:

• It is impossible to disconnect the resource for refusing to verify – this contradicts Russian law.
• Be careful! Before you make this or that decision, put the phone and check the information that you were informed. This will protect you and your property from the actions of scammers.
